Typically yes but we have invested significant resources over the past several years to build the software that we use that allows us to offer this service for a reasonable and competitive price.
Yes we can provide you with non-root restricted SSH access, this means you will be able to alter any of the files in your web directory but nothing else. If you need some extra software installed or some PHP Settings changed just let us know, it is what we are here for.
We can also offer more web space as an add-on for an extra £2.50 / month per 20GB
We automatically take data backups one per day of your website to a seperate off site location.
For some daily backups will not be enough, if you feel that you need more regular backups please get in touch and we can work with you to implement a backup solution that meets your needs.
